Houston Association of Real Estate Inspectors, Inc. (HAREI, Inc.)

The Houston Association of Real Estate Inspectors, Inc. is dedicated to improving the quality of real estate inspections in the Greater Houston area. It is a free referral service for the Greater Houston area's leading professional real estate inspectors, engineers, and termite/wood destroying insect inspectors. Through continuing education, our members and directors are knowledgeable of changes in the inspection standards of practice, new construction technology and developing hi-tech inspection equipment. Many of our members have specialized training and equipment required to preform certain inspections such as: mold/mildew testing, water penetration testing, exterior siding testing (EIFS), well and septic testing, water quality testing, lead in water testing, lead paint testing, evironmental testing, as well as the basic structural and mechanical inspection.

Experience, education, and attention to detail are our guidelines to quality.
